Rainbow Diamond Icon.

Went for a tea date with a friend of mine Gimbiya, and I noticed the ring on her finger, when she reached out to pick up the teapot. Immediately, I noticed this lovely ring of different colors. It reminds me off the coat of many colors but most importantly, it gives me Lucy Lu’s character on Why Women Kill season 1. (top 5 fave series)

1. How do You define fashion accessories?

Personally I feel like anything that gives my outfit an edge; or a lil pop is a fashion accessory for me.

2. How has the accessories industry in Nigeria, shaped modern fashion?

Funny thing, I know fashion on the go in terms of my personal styles, but in general I’m not familiar with the accessories scene.

3. How would you describe your accessory style?

I don’t even own a timepiece. 🤷🏿‍♀️

4. What was the attraction to this particular ring?

The colors of the Rainbow 🌈 got to me

5. A back story on how you found the jewel?

Funny story is I was out shopping for household stuff and boom I stumbled upon the jeweler he sells really pretty stuff, so I decided to feed my eyes, then I noticed something popping from underneath a pile of earrings, immediately I saw the ring I knew this was going to be my pride month gift from me to me.

6. Apparently there are 2 types of rainbow? Please differentiate, cos I figured a rainbow to always be generally a rainbow.

Now this is a funny but very interesting question, We have the Rainbow with 7 colors that comes out sometimes when it rains or about to or even after the rain up the sky . And secondly, we have the *pride Rainbow with six colors ❤️Life🧡 healing 💛sunlight 💚nature 💙serenity 💜spirit; which represent the pride community.

7. Oh and in pride month, you stumble upon a pride ring? What such universal coincidence, lol!

It was such a find, I was genuinely happy I felt like the universe was wishing me a happy pride month 😍😍. I don’t want to even start telling how a lot of people want the same ring or a band with the same color arrangement this ring is definitely my best find for the year so far

8. What could this ring be made of? It feels heavy.

It’s made of a silver stainless steel and a rainbow diamond icon.

9. Value; thing that is of great worth, especially a small item of personal property. We tend to attach value to important things, through sentiments, beauty, or quality of product, so that in terms of monetary value, it’s high. Seeing this, how valuable will you place your ring on the monetary scale as a thrifted item?

This ring, it’s of great value to me, I might have bought with some loose change but I intend to have it and pass it on to generation yet unborn, so don’t be surprise if I’m a couple of decades you read stories or a watch a movie based on this very ring.

You have lovely finger nails, do you have nailing tips you could share?

Thank you very much, I’m really flattered. Olive oil! I soak my finger tips in olive oil for 10-15 mins ( I saw this on YouTube) I’m not consistent but hopefully I will commit to it.
